Deep in the jungle of Peru’s northern Andes Mountains, in the Penachi region, farmers of a traditional Inca culture are working continuously to bring you their superior quality coffee bean.  Penachi is poor land of very deprived people.  Devoted to organic farming techniques, these farmers are working exceptionally hard without modern technology or electricity.  Because of their commitment, these farmers have improved their harvesting, processing and drying methods.
